Made in Cleveland, USA, at the state of the art manufacturing facility, the “Double-H” sintered pads have set the levels by which all other pads are now judged in the European Market. The new rotors feature EBC’s unique and patented S-Drive button system which features square sided rivets captured in square drive pockets on the rotor and hub which allow the outer rotor blade to expand and contract freely under the heat of braking without suffering rivet lock. Rivet lock is the term used when rotors heat up under heavy braking and the rotor blade contacts the (normally circular) rivets that separate the inner rotor hub and the outer rotor blade. The new EBC system completely eliminates this problem area which causes 100% of the failures of rotors suffering from distortion and brake vibration. The radiator plates are only supplied for bikes without built in piston insulators. After purchasing this item your calipers must be sent to us. Including your name and contact details and the refurbishment will be carried out. Turn-round time for the refurbishment from us receiving to dispatch is up to two weeks. If you want to go ahead, please remember to do the following. Drain your calipers of brake fluid, remove the pads and any other loose fittings. Box them up and send them to us at the address below. Please make sure you include a note with your instructions and contact details. New components are as follows (we use high quality OEM spec seals , not cheap Taiwanese versions). 4x Spring retaining screws. And includes 4 new copper banjo washers. You will need to retain the pads, pad pins, R clips and springs from your calipers (though we can provide these items if you need them).
