Floating discs Made from two segments of stainless steel which are rivetted together with bobbins to allow the braking surface of the disc to expand under the extreme temperatures of braking. Manufactured from Japanese SUS 420 stainless steel, then heat treated to HRC 36+-2 standards while the discs centres are manufactured from steel or alloy. Floating discs improve braking performance by ensuring the disc is always in perfect alignment with your pads for the perfect contact throughout all operating temperatures. Lightening and drill holes are then applied to further improve braking performance and reduce the disc temperature. Features and further details. Precision CNC machined and laser cut technology. Designed to provide the ultimate in braking performance and eliminate brake spongyness and fade. HEL Performance brake lines are constructed of a stainless steel braided telfon hose fitted with stainless steel end fittings. The kit is supplied with stainless steel banjo bolts and copper washers in order to complete the fitting of your new HEL Performance brake line kit. The braided hoses comes coated with a UV resistant PVC outer. The outer is available in a full range of colours which are: Clear, Carbo-look, Black , Red , Yellow , Purple , Blue, Green , Orange , Pink , Translucent Neon Blue or Translucent Red. HEL Performance brake lines are the choosen product of race teams the world over from MotoGP to club level. OHA Motorsport are proud to be an official factory distributor for HEL Performance.
