Bandit Front Brakes

Genuine Suzuki Tokico (OEM) fully refurbished front brake calipers. They are common fitment calipers, so will fit other models also, including Suzuki GSF600 (Mark 2), GSXF750, SV650 and others, but best to check for yourself on one of the Suzuki forums or check the photos carefully against your existing calipers. THE MOUNTING BOLTS SUPPLIED ARE FOR A SUZUKI FITMENT. Also fits some Kawasakis GPZ1100, ER6, ER6F, Vulcan VN1600 and others, again, please double-check on a Kawasaki forum. Fully stripped and cleaned. Pistons are in superb condition and have been polished. Bodies are excellent also. New stainless banjo bolts and copper washers. New bleed nipples and rubber caps. Carefully reassembled using translucent silicone brake grease on the seals and pistons. Keeps water and salt out and extends the life of the new seals and the pistons. Complete with stainless steel brake pad pins, but NO PADS. Fit pads, bolt on, bleed and go (after checking the operation of the brakes and checking for any leakage). Please check photos CAREFULLY against your old calipers. Note: My calipers usually sell out quickly, so don’t miss out. Please be careful when bleeding any brake calipers to ensure that no brake fluid leaks on to them or onto the discs. Use a rag around the banjo bolt holes and bleed nipples when connecting and screw the bolts in FINGER TIGHT by hand then finish off with a torque wrench or similar. When bleeding with a rubber tube over the bleed nipple, tighten the nipple first (do NOT overtighten) then remove the tube by pinching the end before removing (as the tube will be full of fluid), then lift clear. Any fluid spillage on the calipers need to be removed IMMEDIATELY with warm soapy water and a clean cloth or sponge. Dab around the area. Do not use solvents to clean.
