Rezo stainless steel fully floating front brake discs are manufactured from a combination of high grade (420) stainless steel and aircraft aluminium, precision manufactured using CNC laser cutting with dual diamond ground surfaces for flatness giving your bike the high performance braking power that it deserves. The braking area is made from heat treated 420 stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance properties and high temperature (Heat-cycle) durability, both surfaces are diamond ground to produce a parallel fat surface, with a CNC laser cut slotted design and wavy pattern to give improved cooling for more effective breaking. High strength stainless steel rotor buttons help keep the rotor in perfect contact with the brake pads, also fitted with pre-loaded compression washers to reduce chatter and vibration, which is normally found on cheaper low quality discs. Made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminium for strength and weight saving. They’re also anodized in black to give a simple clean look offering good corrosion resistance to the elements. All Rezo brake discs are made to OEM specifications with the same diameter, offset and fitting points making them a direct replacement for your old units. When installing your new Rezo brake discs – you will need to offset the rotor buttons so they are not mirrored left to right and if possible, we recommend fitting new disc bolts which should be tightened to OEM factory torque specifications. Breaking your new discs in – will take some time; you should especially bare this in mind the first time you ride your bike after fitting. Rezo discs usually take 100 miles to break in and you will notice them getting better the more you use them. Breaking them in should be done with gradual breaking at various speeds over time. New Brake Pads – must be fitted when installing your new Rezo discs, this is to allow the new braking surface to bed in correctly giving you a much smoother feel under braking, we recommend fitting a sintered brake pad for the front to get the most from your new discs. Failure to replace your old pads can result in improper bedding in and may lead to heat spots and warping of the disc. We recommend fitting sintered brake pads for the front to give the best braking experience. Before fitting new pads – make sure the brake caliper pistons and any slider pins are free and working correctly, if they are stiff or seized they will need to be cleaned or replaced before you continue. A caliper that is seized or not working correctly can result in the pads not retracting from the disc, causing an excess of heat to build which cannot be dispersed in the necessary time, leading to disc warping. If there are any problems or delays with your order we will notify you within 24 hours of the order being placed. This ad is for an. Pair of refurbished Tokico front brake calipers as fitted to Suzuki models listed in the title. These calipers have been disassembled, solvent cleaned, media stripped to bare metal and recoated before being assembled with new components (see list below). E refurbish and rebuild many sets of calipers and offer these excellent items with 6 month guarantee. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING. To be recoverable, your old caliper can be old and tired with pistons not moving properly – that is expected – but should not have damage to the casings, mole grip marks to the pistons, or sheared bleed screws/pad pins. New components as follows. (we use high quality OEM spec seals , not cheap Taiwanese versions). 8 x dust seals. 8 x pressure seals. 4x stainless dust cover screws. 8x new stainless steel caliper half bolts. And includes 4 new copper banjo washers. You will need to retain the banio bolts, mount bolts, pads, pad pins , and dust covers from your old calipers (though we can provide these items if you need them). If you have the facilities to rebuild your caliper at home, we can supply you with the parts you need. However, dont just take our word for it see what other buyers think.
