JJC – Making Motorsport Affordable! EBC XC Front Brake Disc & HH Pads Suzuki 2009 GSF1250S Bandit K9. EBC HH FRONT BRAKE PADS & XC DISCS PACKAGE. Made in Cleveland, USA, at the state of the art manufacturing facility, the “Double-H” sintered pads have set the levels by which all other pads are now judged in the European Market. The new rotors feature EBC’s unique and patented S-Drive button system which features square sided rivets captured in square drive pockets on the rotor and hub which allow the outer rotor blade to expand and contract freely under the heat of braking without suffering rivet lock. Rivet lock is the term used when rotors heat up under heavy braking and the rotor blade contacts the (normally circular) rivets that separate the inner rotor hub and the outer rotor blade. The new EBC system completely eliminates this problem area which causes 100% of the failures of rotors suffering from distortion and brake vibration. The radiator plates are only supplied for bikes without built in piston insulators. Genuine Suzuki SV650S Tokico (OEM) fully refurbished front brake calipers. Came from a 2006 machine. Will fit other models also (Bandit 650 600 Mark 2 and others), but best to check for yourself on one of the Suzuki forums or check the photos carefully against your existing calipers. Also fits some Kawasakis (ER6 and others). Fully stripped and cleaned. Pistons are in great condition and have been polished. New self-coloured, high-tensile caliper mounting bolts. New banjo bolts and copper washers. New bleed nipples and rubber caps. New STAINLESS STEEL PAD RETAINING PINS! Carefully reassembled using Girling red brake grease on the seals and pistons. Keeps water and salt out and extends the life of the new seals and the pistons. They have cost me a lot to get them to look this good. These are almost in N. Condition at a fraction of the price. Note: My calipers usually sell out quickly, so don’t miss out. Please be careful when bleeding any brake calipers to ensure that no brake fluid leaks on to them or onto the discs. Use a rag around the banjo bolt holes and bleed nipples when connecting and screw the bolts in FINGER TIGHT by hand then finish off with a torque wrench or similar. When bleeding with a rubber tube over the bleed nipple, tighten the nipple first (do NOT overtighten) then remove the tube by pinching the end before removing (as the tube will be full of fluid), then lift clear. Any fluid spillage on the calipers need to be removed IMMEDIATELY with warm soapy water and a clean cloth or sponge. Dab around the area. Do not use solvents to clean.
