Genuine Suzuki SV650S Tokico (OEM) fully refurbished front brake calipers. Came from a 2006 machine. Will fit other models also (Bandit 650 600 Mark 2 and others), but best to check for yourself on one of the Suzuki forums or check the photos carefully against your existing calipers. Also fits some Kawasakis (ER6 and others). Fully stripped and cleaned. Pistons are in great condition and have been polished. New self-coloured, high-tensile caliper mounting bolts. New banjo bolts and copper washers. New bleed nipples and rubber caps. New STAINLESS STEEL PAD RETAINING PINS! Carefully reassembled using Girling red brake grease on the seals and pistons. Keeps water and salt out and extends the life of the new seals and the pistons. They have cost me a lot to get them to look this good. These are almost in N. Condition at a fraction of the price. Note: My calipers usually sell out quickly, so don’t miss out. Please be careful when bleeding any brake calipers to ensure that no brake fluid leaks on to them or onto the discs. Use a rag around the banjo bolt holes and bleed nipples when connecting and screw the bolts in FINGER TIGHT by hand then finish off with a torque wrench or similar. When bleeding with a rubber tube over the bleed nipple, tighten the nipple first (do NOT overtighten) then remove the tube by pinching the end before removing (as the tube will be full of fluid), then lift clear. Any fluid spillage on the calipers need to be removed IMMEDIATELY with warm soapy water and a clean cloth or sponge. Dab around the area. Do not use solvents to clean. This ad is for an. Pair of refurbished Tokico front brake calipers as fitted to Suzuki models listed in the title. These calipers have been disassembled, solvent cleaned, media stripped to bare metal and recoated before being assembled with new components (see list below). E refurbish and rebuild many sets of calipers and offer these excellent items with 6 month guarantee. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING. To be recoverable, your old caliper can be old and tired with pistons not moving properly – that is expected – but should not have damage to the casings, mole grip marks to the pistons, or sheared bleed screws/pad pins. New components as follows. (we use high quality OEM spec seals , not cheap Taiwanese versions). 8 x dust seals. 8 x pressure seals. 4x stainless dust cover screws. 8x new stainless steel caliper half bolts. And includes 4 new copper banjo washers. You will need to retain the banio bolts, mount bolts, pads, pad pins , and dust covers from your old calipers (though we can provide these items if you need them). If you have the facilities to rebuild your caliper at home, we can supply you with the parts you need. However, dont just take our word for it see what other buyers think.
